Shipping & Delivery – Fast processing and quick support
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, free shipping eligibility, heavy freight requirements, tracking, and what to do if an issue arises.
When Will My Order Ship?
- Standard Processing: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same day.
- Weekends & Holidays: Our stores are closed. Orders placed after noon on Friday or anytime over the weekend will process the next business day.
- Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email right away.
Need It Faster? (Expedited Shipping)
- You can select an expedited option at checkout (2nd Day, Next Day, etc.).
- Please note: Expedited services speed up transit time, not processing time.

How Will My Order Ship?
Shipping options are shown at checkout and are based on weight, size, and destination. Common methods include:
- UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air
- UPS Worldwide Expedited
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Ground Advantage (items under 1 lb)
- Heavy Freight (LTL) for shipments over 150 lbs or oversized items
All displayed shipping rates are real-time and accurate.
Saturday Delivery
Available in select areas for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering if you need Saturday delivery.
Free Shipping (Online Orders)
- Economy Ground: Most orders over $249 and under 150 lbs qualify.
- Heavy Freight: Most orders over $2,500 qualify.
- Availability: Contiguous U.S. only.
Exclusions May Include:
- Cut-to-length items
- Special orders
- Oversized or special-handling items
- Select brands
If free shipping doesn’t appear at checkout, the item is excluded. Feel free to contact us for clarification.
Note: Economy shipments may use any cost-effective ground carrier at our discretion. If timing is critical, please choose an expedited method.
Heavy Freight Deliveries (LTL)
- Standard Delivery: Commercial address with a loading dock or forklift.
- Residential, Liftgate & Appointment Services: Available upon request; extra charges may apply.
- Inspection Required: Please check freight for damage upon delivery and note any issues on the carrier’s receipt before signing.

Tracking & Order Updates
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
- You can also reply to your order confirmation or call 888-715-7444 for updates at any time.
Delivery Estimates
An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout once you select a shipping method. If no estimate appears, the item may require special processing or have longer factory lead times—reach out to us if you need details before ordering.
Delays, Address Issues & Missing Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, contact us immediately at sales@maskell-rigging.com with your order number—we’ll investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Address Accuracy: We verify addresses, but customers are responsible for providing a deliverable location. Any carrier-assessed correction or redelivery fees may be billed to the customer.
Weather & Uncontrollable Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events may affect transit times. While these delays are outside our control, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
